Glad you guys are enjoying the story - it's only thanks to Pip that we can share it with you . Dan is indeed missing his lie ins - I've been banished to the internet cafe this morning while he catches up on some . It's so noisy in this particular place that I can't even contemplate a lie in - for some reason Indians hoot their horns at...

Fascinating reading and so graphic I am almost with Salli - glad it's 'almost' as I can't say I would like to actually be experiencing the adventure personally. I like my adventures a shade less exciting.
