Morning Maggie and those to come. Heavy frost here. Yesterday was odd. After a heavy frost and the temp at 3 degrees Dave and I wrapped up to yake Jace for
a walk. The sun was bright and soon we were too hot |

Good morning all. We've had some rain at last! Only a couple of millimetres so far, but could be more yet
It's Robins birthday and we had a nice lunch at the pub to celebrate, just the two of us. We are resting up today after a rather strenuous one in the garden yesterday, getting ready for the landscaping that starts in a fortnight. (We are finding work one day, rest the next is working pretty well.)

Morning all! Up early for me lately but for no particular reason. Frosty at the moment with the promise of another bright and sunny day. I have to find
a birthday present for a friend and get a few bits and pieces but that it until work later this afternoon. Have a great day all!

Morning peeps. Hard frost here this morning. Hoping it will melt a bit by the time I go off to my job at 10am.
We've been and gone and done it and booked our flight and we leave 2 weeks today! Now I'm really in a panic LOL. Have a good one

The sun is up this morning but it isn't making much of an impression on the 2ºC temperature out there. Fortunately the green house is 6ºC so the plants inside should be safe.
Not sure what today will bring. We have a few chores to do in town and really should be working in the garden, but I wanted a day out ... however, we can't think where to go!
Whatever you're up to today enjoy it - they're forecasting rain again towards the end of the week. ![]()

Oooh Sal - even I got a little butterly in the old tum when I read that!
It's another clear, sunny, glorious, icy-cold day here - the kind of day that tempts me out into the garden and then sends me scuttling straight back inside again! Not sure (stretch, yawn) what I'm going to do with it yet. The washing, probably!

Good Monday morning from me too.
We've got wind warnings here today, but at least the temperatures are more reasonable at 0C. There's snow predicted for today. We seem to have had one storm after another this year. What exciting news, Salli. We'll have to arrange a big virtual going away party for you. Congratulations on the rain, Bill. It always makes everything look so fresh and lovely after a dry spell.
