Good morning all. We've just had our new lounge suite delivered; very swish. My heart was in my mouth for a while; didn't think it would fit through the front door, but it did, with the help of two neighbours and the delivery man. I was just an onlooker as Robin would kill me if I lifted anything at the moment. Now... how do I get rid of all this packing material?

A bright sunny morning here - let's hope that it lasts. We spent yesterday morning doing indoor chores because rain was forecasted. Needless to say there was no rain in the morning but it turned up in the afternoon while we were out in the garden.

More gardening planned for today. I do hope the gardener turns up to cut the grass although I appreciate that this week hasn't exactly been a good grass cutting week - it's been a good grass growing week though.

The weekend's nearly here

Morning all, the sun is out but there are lot's of dark clouds about, bought Lupins on Tuesday so hope the rain holds off for me to plant them in the front garden this afternoon

doctors appointment at 9-50 to get the results of my blood tests so gotta dash

Morning all. Trying to remember that it's Thursday and not Friday as my new temporary shift swap now gives me two days off together. It's quite bright at the moment but obviously has been raining and more is forecast so the allotment's out. Still fighting with my big machine which refuses to recognise my network - good job I've got the lappy but it's not ideal. More pottering about, I think, today. Have a great day all!

Good drying day here in Tring so the washing is out before the heavy rains come. Ty I'm not planting anything out at the moment. Last year everything got flattened by the heavy rains. Just waiting for the vet to ring re Bollys blood test.

Morning all, put two loads of washing out though the skies are heavy and grey ... for 10 minutes ... then blue and white the next!
Not much planned today except some dusting and tidying up and keeping Harriet out of mischief

Will have a walk into town later as I want some squash seeds and some more parsnip seeds.

Good morning everyone.

It's still quite chilly here, just sitting at 0C. There's ice on the bird baths and my pots of tender things are sitting inside in the laundry room. I'm not sure what I'll get up to today.

It seems to be a day of waiting for blood test results. I hope everyone gets good news from theirs.
