I've got a bought dvd that I'd like to put onto the computer however it appears I'm incapable of doing it. Can you do me an idiot proof rundown

I don't think you can mammaj. They are protected to prevent piracy. You should be able to play it on your computer but I don't think copying is an
option. I copy/pasted a complete CD and it looked promising as I could open it and see all the tracks, but it wouldn't play.
If Jane or another cluey person comes along they may have a way, but that's my

I am not sure what you mean by "put it on the computer" do you want to watch it on the computer in which case you should be able to use windows media
player, or VideoLan (http://www.videolan.org/), as Bill says if you want to "rip" the dvd so you can play it
with out the disk in the drive you will need some additional software. AnyDVD and Clone DVD, all this assumes you have a DVD capable optical drive.
