So spent the afternoon in the garden pruning the roses and just playing

Morning Maggie, and all, turned out a beautiful yesterday and warm with it, so I spent the day out and over spent .....bought a new nest of tables and a coffee table, to match up with the dining table and the wood flooring.

Today I am meeting up with my friend for lunch.

Morning all. Raining here and it's set for a while, I think - going to get a bit blowy, too. Not a day to be out and about. Might be meeting Mr Myrt's new best friend later - a rescue border collie called Oscar, who's about 19 months old and got a bit of a handful for a young family. They seem to have slotted into each other's ways really well from what I hear. Not much else planned for my day off so far. Have an excellent day all!

Wet and windy here too so no playing outside although the aquilegia Kev replanted are getting a thorough watering in.

We had a lovely day yesterday starting off with a walk around a nature reserve on the outskirts of Weymouth. When it got too muddy we adjourned to a nearby GC for lunch, then had a stroll around an open garden attached to a cafe. It was great to feel the sun on our backs and, on occasions, to be able to leave our coats in the car.

This morning it has reverted to winter again. Very gusty with sudden squally showers, looks like housework is on the cards.

I wonder how Tom is feeling this morning.

Morning all, I think I seem to have got out of the wrong side of bed again this morning! Don't know why, but I'm sure I'll get out of it the same way I got into it

The brand new dishwasher packed up last night and flooded the kitchen, so the kitchen peeps are sending an Engineer out. Not good after less than a month is it!

Its hoofing it down after yesterdays beautiful day, we had a great afternoon out in the sun, tidying out the playhouse and changing a few things around in the garden and generally tidying up. But no chance today.

The shopping is being delivered late this afternoon, but nothing else planned except the ironing.

and its good morning from me too. Rather nice day here today. There is a cyclone up north of us and it is degenerating into a rain bearing depression as it heads south, so we are hopeful of some good rain over the weekend.

Good morning from me as well.

It's -3C and we got about 5 cm of heavy wet snow last night, very pretty just now but we've all had more than enough of the white stuff for this year. It's so wet and muddy and with this new snow about to melt, it is really going to be a mess. I'm keeping busy just trying to keep the mud
outside the house. We've got lots of feet and paws to track it in here.

You get a good rain, Bill.
That's a shame about the dishwasher, Muggs. It's little wonder you woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
That's wonderful news about Mr. Myrt's new friend, Oscar.
I hope Del's back is feeling better.

I guess I'd better get the walk shovelled and pay some bills.

Opps im late,
Took bike in for some repairs ready for the summer (the eletric one).
Done cleaning and bed changing and cooked a curry other than that just work for me.
Still tipping it down here
