Mac has
on offer a book relating to stonework in the garden. It contains 20 projects to working in stone, from walls, to paths, raised beds and more. I'm sure
there is a place in most gardens for a stonework feature. The book might just give you inspiration for something you can do. I have played around with
'stone' in my garden. Old York Stone surrounds my pond and I created a 'path' to a 'bench' close by. All in 2m sq and all in stone. I
don't know how the book 'costs' out things but if you go to an appropriate source and look for slightly damaged stock you can do something
wonderful and natural at a much reduced cost
