Hello RG World. Crumbs this Friday came around quickly. I've now officially got one third of the way around my front garden - just something like 100' of borders to do, along with the courtyard. I'm really looking forward to getting on top of it so that I can plant out all my new plants and sit back and watch them grow.

This weekend it is my turn to do a bit of entertaining. Must rush a duster around the house - a vacuum cleaner as well? I'm hoping the weather is good then the cooking can be done on the BBQ

Good Morning all, well its cloudy, foggy, and raining,

after a scorching day, and my plants have arrived .....Ahh well it may clear up later and I will be able to plant them out.

Morning all, feel yukky this morning so have a docs appt at 9:20 - just waiting for a taxi as I really don't have the wherewithall to drive myself there.

Hattie has gone to nursery today so I will get a day of peace to take it easy. Its very warm and heavy out, slightly overcast but the sun keeps on peeping through.

It´s raining here too.

We´ve just been out to feed the fishes with ´left over´bread rolls

I think it will be a trip into Polenca on the bus to see what´s there. We were hoping to go for another country walk but it won´t be any fun in this ´British´drizzle.

The hotel is full of miserable looking holidaymakers.

Morning all. Rather overcast here and a shower or two due later. I've finally managed to get the PC back on line - at the cost of a factory reset, but at least it now knows what it's supposed to do. General pottering about for me today. Hope you're a lot better soon, Muggs. Have a great day all!

Thanks guys, just got back from the docs and its a virus - apparently I was the 4th person she'd seen with similar symptoms this morning already! Sore throat, achey all over, headache and blocked ears

I could put up with most of that if I didn't ache so much.

Bought my gardening mag and I'm going to put my feet up for a bit.

Sorry its raining CA, hope it doesn't spoil your day

Sunny here in shetland, 3rd day in a row without fog.
Not allowed to do anything fell off the road yesterday walking the dogs spent two hours in casualty.
I am sooo bored.

Hi all, Beautiful sunny day here, I have cut the lawns and Thomas has put the 2nd layer of paint on the cellar door, he does the hard jobs now and I drive around the estate on the tractor and take my tools in the back and potter around, I have also sniped out many a small tree trying to take over the garden.

I hope you feel better soon Sharron and Ann poor you did you break anything?

Afternoon all. Had a couple of really heavy downpours this evening so water is flowing into our new tank at last. The weather forecast lokks good for some decent rains over the next two or three days so hopefully winter will start in earnest.

Hope you are feeling better soon Muggs, viruses aren't a lot of fun.

Poor kitty and her cat problems. I hope Bolly respond to the steroid treatment.

Hi all,
Been a busy morning, walked 2 mile round trip to Sis-in-laws to take some plants over, home to change all the beds, washing on line, zoo fed, plants watered then cleaned the lounge carpet

, more cleaning done and just had some lunch !

for poorly peeps im on my last day of anti B's and im still coughing

So much to do but it can wait a while cos im having a break !

Good morning from me as well.

It's another chilly morning here, 7C with weak sunshine.

That's a shame about the rain CA. Hopefully you can do alittle
indoor sightseeing til it clears up.

Hope it clears up for you too, Ty, so you can get those new plants in.

Poor Muggs.

I hope the achey part soon lets up. The flu is
such an awful thing. I'm glad you're able to rest today with Hattie away.

Great news that you finally got onto to internet, Laurel. Too bad you had to reset though. I hope you didn't have too much on it to reinstall.

I guess, one man's wet holiday is another man's full water tank.

I guess I'd better go and clean out Gertie's pen and get her outside. I haven't been able to let her free range about the garden because of the grass seed I've got down. I promised her, as soon as it sprouts, she can have her back yard privledges back.

Just popped in to say that it has been pouring for most of the day

We did a bit of sightseeing but got very wet in the process. I´ve found out that the shower mac I have brought with me doesn´t stop real rain!!

Nearly time for dinner - I´m especially hungry as I didn´t like the sandwich I bought for lunch. Can´t remember what I ordered but it was very salty and definitely not nice so I didn´t eat it.

Welll evening all

After spending the morning with a group of very reluctant 10 year olds practising for Maths tests, I spent a lovely 2 hours in a very pretty garden, and got paid for it (I love my jobs on days like this

)

I am stopping the school job in a few weeks, so I did a bit of leafleting yesterday and now I have 3 more potential customers...

All I have to do now is clean some football boots ready for tomorrow (not mine I hasten to add) and then its time to crash out for the evening!
