Well it took me longer than it does in the gym !!
60 mins on the dot ! it was hard going on very hot roads most of the way and it made for very sore feet !
Here is my back sign...

This is the croud at warm up ...

This is my medal...

And just so i didnt let the side down, just around the corner was a nursery, sore feet or not i couldnt resist John just shock his head

A HUGE thank you to all who sponsored me i raised £270 plus the gift aid money will be added to it.
Quiet an acheivment for someone who couldnt walk 50 yds a few months ago
Wonder if i could ruun it next year the winner did it in 23 mins !!
