Grandson Daniel 13 was playing football in the school yard yesterday tripped and fell and badly broke his arm above the elbow, the break is so bad it pushed
his elbow out

Poor lad , Its amazing what these Docs can do these days and as long as he does as he told and with his determination to play rugby I don't think he will
be off the field long . So Tybeanie now is the time for nain to spoil him more than normal .

Looks as though he maybe in good care. Hope the doctors can correct what needs to be done to make everything proper again. Will be amongst the rest of RGworld
in keeping him in our thoughts.

Poor Daniel. I hope his arm recovers as well as Andy's leg. He had a plate and wires in his ankle and he still playing rugby. He is worried about metal
detectors though

Daniel had his op this afternoon and was down the theatre a long time..... he is only allowed his parents for visitors tonight.

Aw Ty, what a shame! Poor kid. Let's hope that cwm's wisdom proves to be true and Daniel will be playing
rugby again soon. I sure hope that those painkillers give him some relief. Here's a couple of hugs for his grandma and auntie. One for Daniel too!

Thanks everyone for the messages and vibes
we were told yesterday he would be an hour and a half down the theatre and he was four and a half hrs we were all so worried and thought something had gone wrong and were
soooo relieved when he came back to the ward he was ill
during the night and on morphine  but has picked up today
and started eating doctors have done tests and
taken xrays as they were worried he couldn't feel his arm or fingers but everything is ok (phew)

he is having surgery sometime today to put
pins and screws in 
we've been told he might permanently
have a stiff arm he wont be able to straighten and bend properly he plays rugby and will be absolutely gutted if he can't play again
