Just a request to people asking questions.

Please could you for questions relating to software running on your computers remember to include:

The operating system you are using (Windows 95/98/2000/XP home/XP pro)

The exact software you are asking about
eg Outlook Express version x or IE 6.0.

On most programs you can find this out by selecting "Help" then "About" from the menu.

If you think you might have a virus or the whole machines playing up don't forget to mention what Viruschecker and firewall you are using, and when you last updated the programs and the data files.

If you are having problems with the internet, remember to mention what ISP (internet service provider) you are using and the connection type eg
BT Yahoo Broadband
Wannado pay as you go
Freeola anytime.
