Hi all, new here. I did search for an answer to my question, but either it hasn't been asked or i just couldn't find it. I planted some baby pepper
plants about 2 weeks ago, mostly chilis and a few bells. My dog decided i must really have been making her a new bed, and she laid on them. Most are okay, have
popped back up on their own, but i have one "mariachi" that is broken, tho still somewhat attached. I piled dirt around the break, and put a tomato
cage on it, mostly to discourage the dog. Now, two days later, it looks pretty good....will it heal? Should i just break it all the way off? Its pretty low on
the main stem that its broken. Its the only one i planted of its variety, because i have never tried them before....what do you think?

Peppers will root from the stem, if the top hasn't wilted you can cut the bottom out of a large plastic pot to make a collar and fill it with compost....
let us know how it gets on...
