I have been happily using BonusPrint for years but recently they've 'improved' their uploading service. Not only could I not see how my pictures
were going to look when printed (hence several people lost their heads), neither could I easily check how many copies I'd ordered, (several prints came
back with 5 copies when I really wanted 2) nor did the site tell me how much postage I was paying. And to cap it - it took over a week for the prints to arrive
when they used to arrive within two days.
I am now looking for another company to be honoured with my digital photo print requests. Can anybody recommend a good British company with a sensible uploading system. I'm talking snaps here not professional prints.
