The flowers look like Solanum laciniatum but not sure about the leaves.

As I'm desperate to get a 'thingy' I'm going to suggest that this is a Tibouchina Heteromalla. That's the only one that I can find that has
the white centres to the flowers. Thanks to PaulineM for the head start....

Sorry, no Busy. I tried to get a good picture, something larger. I think the centres are more of an orangey colours, not white. Keep trying.
A hint. Several roses are also called this.
